In order to provide you with the possibility to contact us, a contact form has been made available on the Website. The Website uses only your personal data of voluntarily entered forms.

The form allows you to collect the following data: first and last name, company name, telephone and e-mail address. Providing the data contained in the contact form is completely voluntary, however, failure to provide the data will result in the impossibility of contacting you.

On what basis do we collect and process personal data? Purposes and periods of data processing.

We collect your personal data in order to enable you to contact the Administrator or a representative of Kuros Advisors Accountants Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością and communications related to the provision of services. The basis for the processing of data is the voluntary consent you have given (art. 6.1a RODO). We always process your personal data for a specific purpose and only those data which are necessary to achieve it.

Consent to data processing can be withdrawn at any time, without any negative consequences, in a way as easy as expressing it. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the use of your data before withdrawal of consent.

The Administrator ensures that any provision or entrusting of your data to other entities for processing is in accordance with the applicable regulations on personal data protection.
